The Eastern Baptist Association (EBA) is a group of 170 churches and communities drawn together from the counties of Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire. Our vision is ‘Growing healthy churches in relationship for God’s mission in the East of England’. By working together we hope to resource and encourage one another in our mission and ministry.
As we continue to adapt and adjust to new staffing arrangements for our team, we are seeking to make an additional appointment to provide more administrative support for the work of the Association, particularly for our RMTL. This role is a crucial one for the development of our mission and ministry, and to the smooth running of the Association.

Key criteria
Candidates should have a good level of organisation and administrative experience. It is essential that they are good with people and are able to work collaboratively and creatively with churches of differing size, theology, and geographical context. We would hope and expect that all members of our team would have a generous and hospitable heart, and would be willing to take risks and try new things.
