The Learning Collective 

The Learning Collective is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of faith and grow in confidence and skill for ministry. Whether you are beginning to explore a sense of calling, wanting to develop skills for church leadership, or simply wanting to engage more deeply with your faith, TLC offers a great place to start. 

The Learning Collective (TLC) is a two-year course run by Regent’s Park College, Oxford, in partnership with Regional Associations, including the EBA. Teaching sessions take place once a month on Tuesday evenings at various hub locations. 

The course explores a wide range of topics relevant to Christian life and leadership today, including reflective practice, spirituality, the Bible, Baptist history, mission, and pastoral leadership. It is open to anyone wanting to develop their faith and understanding, and also forms a key part of the training for those preparing for Recognised Local Ministry.
