Following the positive feedback from the day we held in November 2017, this is the second conference for the modern heroes of church life. If you’re a leader or member of a small village church, urban housing estate fellowship or any other small gathering of faithful Christians meeting in Jesus’ name all across the eastern region, then this is for you.
So why are we organising this event?

1. To affirm and celebrate the value of small churches

2. Through sharing stories, to support, encourage and inspire one another

3. To receive helpful input for ourselves and to hear some new ideas and perspectives

What is a small church? – a third of Baptist churches in the Eastern Region, for example, have 30 members or less and this event is especially for them and similar sized churches from all denominations, but if your church, feels ‘small’ please feel very welcome to come along.
Content – Worship, Inspiring Talk, Support Groups for sharing, Seminar Input for new ideas before and after lunch and Final Reflections

Food and drink – tea, coffee, juice, a simple lunch and cakes will be provided

Cost – £10 for an individual or one person from a church £15 for two people from any one church (£7.50 each) £20 for three people from any one church (£6.66 each) then… £6 each per person for groups of four people or more. Please be aware that there is a limit of 50 places for Small is Beautiful
