Season of Creation is an ecumenical celebration focused on prayer and action for the environment.
It runs annually from September 1 to October 4. The 2025 theme, Peace with Creation, invites communities to reflect, pray, and act for environmental justice, inspired by Isaiah 32:14–18

Youth and Children’s Resources
All Age/Intergenerational service – involve children & young people in the planning and delivery. They reflect the image of God and have a lot to say about caring for our planet. Using natural resources, like water, stones, plants, seeds etc along with a globe or world map you could create a prayer table to use a prompt as you pray for our planet. As a response to the All Age service you could engage the congregation in making a dove to reflect this years theme of Peace with Creation. Anne E Neuberger has put together a resource list which is attached.
If you live near water or a beach perhaps you could organise a beach clean.https://www.mcsuk.org/what-you-can-do/join-a-beach-clean/
If your church has some outside space, consider making a bug hotel. https://www.rspb.org.uk/helping-nature/what-you-can-do/activities/build-a-bug-hotel
