The Rooftop Global Encounter

Dennis Pethers came to share at our Minister’s Conference about this exciting unique ‘event’ that will be taking place across the globe on October 2^nd 2022.  The Rooftop ‘Global Encounter’ is an opportunity for followers of Jesus all over the world to gather together in the cities, towns or villages where they live, look across their community and seek a fresh vision of God’s heart for the lost.  The longing of The Rooftop Ministry is that this will be an awakening that leads to a global disciple-making movement – A MOMENT that leads to a MOVEMENT.

More details about this unique opportunity can be found on the Global Encounter website as well as:

1. A simple form that you can complete to HOST an ENCOUNTER.  Your ENCOUNTER will then appear on a world map displayed on the website.
2. A link to a variety of RESOURCES to enable you to promote and host your ENCOUNTER:
   1. A promotional flier that can be used to raise awareness of the event (available in multiple languages).
   2. A short promotional video that can be used to raise awareness of this event to other Christians/churches that you are connected with (available in multiple languages)..
   3. A manual (Facilitators’ Guide) for leaders and a Personal Journal for all participants that will be used as you host the ENCOUNTER.  These will guide you through each step (available in multiple languages).

Rev Dennis Pethers, the Founder of The Rooftop is an ordained Baptist Minister in the UK, living in the EBA region. We know his heart and are looking forward to seeing what the Lord will do as the church across the world gathers, seeks a fresh vision of God’s heart for the lost and then comes down from the rooftop with a new passion and desire to join Jesus in His Mission.  We would love as many of our churches as possible to participate in this global ‘Moment that leads to a Movement’ and see what God may do.
