We are seeking to appoint a Regional Minister

The Eastern Baptist Association is seeking to appoint a dynamic, spirit filled person to serve as a Regional Minister.

Each EBA Regional Minister has overall responsibility for the support and care of ministers and churches and promoting mission in a given geographical sector of the Association.  In addition they have Association wide duties helping to fulfil the Association vision

“Growing healthy churches in relationship for God’s mission in the East of England”

You will have significant experience of ministry within a Baptist church.

You will be an excellent communicator, possessing effective pastoral and relational skills and be able to work collaboratively within the Regional Team along with member churches and their Ministers.  As a growing disciple of Christ, you will be committed to the Mission of God as it is unfolding in the East of England.

The Association welcomes applications and/or nominations from accredited Baptist ministers or those with appropriate experience and abilities for this role.
