Regional Minister Appointment – Could this be you?

By Hayley Beckett on 10th May 2021

The Eastern Baptist Association is seeking to appoint two new roles,
a full time Regional Minister and a part time (.5) Regional Minister. Each individual will be committed to building strong relationships through collaborative working with our regional team, churches and ministers, as well as expanding existing support networks between churches. We are seeking persons who are missionally minded and able to communicate, lead and inspire others to engage in mission and help the association fulfil its vision of “Growing healthy churches in relationship for God’s mission in the East of England”.
These individuals need to be forward thinking and be willing to encourage and lead theological debate, in order to help resource and support our churches for the challenges of the 21st Century.
You will have significant experience of ministry within a Baptist church.
You will be a good communicator, possessing effective pastoral and relational skills. As a growing disciple of Christ, you will be committed to the Mission of God and your own ministerial development.

The Association welcomes applications from accredited Baptist ministers with appropriate experience and abilities for this role.

If you wish to talk to somebody about this role then please contact Revd Beth Powney, Regional Minister Team Leader beth.powney@easternbaptist.org.uk

Applications should be submitted using the Standard Baptist Minister profile with a covering letter detailing whether you are applying for the full time or part time post, the reasons you are applying, and the specialist gifts and skills you would bring to the role. Please submit these by email to Mrs Hayley Beckett, Association Secretary at secretary@easternbaptist.org.uk .
