EBA Minister’s and Church leaders Conference 2024.
We are delighted that our keynote speaker for the conference is Revd Helen Dare, Helen will be bringing insights from the book of Ruth for ministry and mission and will be with us for the whole conference. Helen is Minister at Broad Haven Baptist Church and part time Tutor at Cardiff Baptist College.
There will also be time to hear from one another, space to worship, space to reflect and listen to what God is saying to you and space to network, to catch up with old friends and to make new ones.
We really do hope that you will be able to come along and join us for what we believe is a special and significant time together.
This year, For the first time, before the conference begins, we will be offering spaces for Chaplains and Pioneers to come together, to meet each other and the regional team. Our hope is that these gatherings would go some way to helping you feel as connected as possible to Association life and show you how much we value and seek to support your important ministry.
Everyone in a Chaplaincy or Pioneering role whether paid or voluntary is welcome to attend these gatherings and then either stay on for the whole conference or make you way home as it finishes.
Please see details below and book accordingly with Hayley, EBA Secretary by 31 January 2024.
It is an expectation, included in your terms of appointment that your church covers the cost for your place at the minister’s conference, however we realise that this isn’t always possible. Grants can be applied for from the Baptist Union CMD fund. Details of how to do this are found in the CMD handbook. If cost is still a barrier, then please talk to an EBA Regional Minister.
To book your places please email EBA secretary with your
