The power of appreciative conversations
An appetizer for the Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry course which is being offered through the Eastern Baptist Association in Autumn 2021.

The session will be conducted online via Zoom and facilitated by Revd Fiona Thomas, the co-author of Appreciating Church – A practical appreciative inquiry resource for church communities.

During the two hours participants will experience an appreciative conversation and begin to develop themes from this. There will also be an opportunity to discuss preparation for the Autumn course for which Fiona is also a co-facilitator.
