Child protection for
those working with under 18’s in the church
An essential
session for anyone working with, or thinking of working with children or
young people in the church, whether paid or volunteer, regular or occasional
helper!
In this seminar
style session, Richard Lewis will cover all the major issues concerned with
child protection, including an update on the latest legislation and how we,
as church can model good practise when we work in this area.
Certificates of
participation will be issued to all attendees.
Each session
begins at 9.30am and will finish at 1.00pm with a break for refreshments. Spaces are free of
charge, but limited according to size of venue so we do suggest early booking
wherever possible.

Training for those in leadership or considering leadership in
the local church
Leader or
servant? What roles might I be expected to take on? What are the practicalities?
What is a Biblical perspective? Just some of the questions facing anyone
taking on a leadership role in the church.
Sheila Martin
will be on hand to work through these issues and more.
The session will
